Building as an instrument is a collection of sound of movement at the Udk main building. Through hearing one can experience the labirynth like staircase structure built from different materials. The sound changes when we are closer to the entrance or more at the back of the building, stepping on a wooden structure. The sound installation is experienced in a completly dark environment by the visitor.

About the seminar:
́Indem wir sammeln und bewahren, entscheiden wir ́ber das Sein oder Nicht-Sein der Dinge, kurz: M ́ll oder Museum. In den vier Tagen des Workshops entstehen performative Arbeiten, deren Fokus sich auf das Sammeln als Handlung richtet. Wie kann man das wiederholte Suchen und Beschaffen von Dingen, also das Sammeln, als Handlung in Szene setzen?”
